Message from Management;

"I have a great affiliation with coaching the youth of the Illawarra and a passion for improving player participation as well as the skills of rugby union. I work on teaching players how great rugby people behave on and off the field and the benefits of being part of a rugby union community. I created this business to work on improving and increasing player participation within the Illawarra and moving forward, across NSW as it is, a great game. In my role as head coach of Southern Districts Colts, I work with some great future champions aged 16 to 20 with my goals to build their rugby skills and ability, but also their knowledge  on nutrition, mental health and resilience, strength and conditioning and working as part of our club."
